Financial Representative Brian Diamond brought many years of client service to his mid-life career change when he joined The Boston Group of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network (NMFN). His rich portfolio of marketing, sales and account management experience includes several positions within the golf industry since his graduation from Ferris State University (Mich.) in 1992, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a professional golf management option. A member of the PGA of America, Brian moved to Boston after working on the 1999 Ryder Cup at The Country Club in Brookline, Mass. Through a lifetime of professional and family experiences, the path to financial security had become of paramount importance to him, and in 2008, Brian decided to combine his interests in helping people with the concept of securing their financial future.
Brian chose Northwestern Mutual because of an alignment in values; integrity, strength, honesty, quality, teamwork and growth are central ideals for Brian, and he is able to apply these principles to his relationships with NMFN clients and colleagues alike. Additionally, the ability to train within a proven system that offers continuous access to seasoned management and a wide network of support gave Brian the confidence to start his own financial services practice.
Brian and his wife Kristen, whom he met in Boston after the 1999 Ryder Cup, live in Atkinson, N.H., and have two children, Caroline and Zachary.
