Client CenterThe Boston Group is proud of its commitment to proactive customer service through the creation of a Client Relations Center. "We take great pride in that we're part of the community," says David McAvoy, Managing Partner. "We share and understand our clients' ideals, and that's why customer service is so important to us." The Client Relations Center's mission is to provide high quality service and value by strengthening network client relationships and provide an introduction to a local financial representative. Emily Driscoll, Director of Client Relations A native of Rochester, N.Y., Emily Driscoll relocated to Boston in January of 2008 to join the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network (NMFN) as Director of Client Relations. She is a graduate of The State University of New York at Geneseo, where she received a bachelor of arts in psychology with a minor concentration in Spanish. Referred to The Boston Group by a relative who serves as a financial representative for NMFN, Emily has embraced her responsibilities as Director of Client Relations. In this role, she successfully manages the network client base, which includes approximately 6200 policyholders. She currently has a team of seven financial representatives that all work together to service existing clients and generate new business.
Though fairly new to the business, Emily has achieved a number of important designations in financial services sales and marketing. She holds life, accident and health insurance licensure, Series 6 and 63 securities licenses, and has signed an associate financial representative contract with NMFN.
Emily now resides in Boston’s stylish Back Bay district, where her interests, not surprisingly, include fashion and wine.
