Caitlyn Cassara, Campus Recruiter

Caitlyn Cassara focuses on finding and attracting sharp, driven students to join The Boston Group as interns. Caitlyn most enjoys helping students grow and develop professionally, and giving them the exciting opportunity to join a world-class internship program.  

She graduated from Boston University in 2006 with a BA in Hospitality Administration. A member of their Division I Field Hockey team, she was voted Captain her senior year.  As a talented player with a passion for the sport, she was an assistant coach of Field Hockey for BU prior to joining Northwestern Mutual.  

Caitlyn has family members who are successful with Northwestern Mutual in San Diego; she would often hear from them about the impact Northwestern Mutual has on its clients, and the tremendous career opportunities. 

Caitlyn resides in downtown Boston and is a native of Essex Fells, New Jersey.

Christina Choi, Campus Recruiter

Christina Choi works with college students to introduce them to the exciting internship opportunities at Northwestern Mutual.  She is enthusiastic about meeting with students and learning about their goals.  Christina is primarily responsible for campus recruitment efforts in the Boston area and beyond, working to bring top talent into the firm. A graduate of Syracuse University in 2009, Christina majored in public relations, political philosophy and art history. She joined The Boston Group of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network (NMFN) in March of 2010.

A native of Honolulu, HI and long-time resident of San Francisco, CA, she currently resides in Cambridge, MA. Outside of the office, Christina is a music fanatic, art enthusiast, and enjoys traveling.
